On your discretion. I will be happy if is just as for AMD. If more keys - too are good.

Please test the attached app if show new keys for NVidia. Also it should change its appearance if you set your OS in dark mode and viceversa (unless "force use dark appearance" is active in the preferences). New keys aren't translated yet and hope in no crash since I cannot test them. Let me know.

P.S. added more keys for Intel as well.

I can not open your test version....

Indications always 0%. I launched the GPU test.

This is mine:

Just opening a film. Can I say that your Intel is unused because the system use the NVIDIA one?

And can you take a look at the ioreg with IORegistryExplorer.app during the GPU test if these values are really changing? Otherwise they can be dead keys for you like the "Device Unit 2 Utilization" that never appear to be >0 for my Intel.

Anyway the memory keys didn't show up, and I going to see why.

Oh thanks. I interpretd "GPU Core Utilization" as a percentage... but now I have to discover what is it (it's a percentage!). So it's working.

fabiosun have keys that Andrey1970 didn't have and vicevera.... what to do?

I am not a coder but I have a modern maybe one of the last one Nvidia GPU , with many and probably different sensors from Andrey1970 GTX770

so solution should be there. (no sensor checked in his system (not present at all)

2cents and maybe erratic one :)

I see those keys in its ioreg, so they are present. But hypothetically this can happen only if when the HWMonitorSMC2 start up and at that moment these keys was missing from the  snapshot of the IO. Discoverable by opening/closing the app until they are found. And a possible fix is to add the sensors even if at the start up they wasn't found (with the risk of always showing value 0 for other cards).

If I remember well you talked about Intel Power gadget framework?

Could you take from there frequency data?

Also I did some check on Windows Aida 64. there I have all temperature data for all my 18 cores cpu

I would like also to know if on iMac Pro 18 core iMac are null 16 and 17 cores to zero as mine

Could be useful data extracted from Aida for CPU an Cpu to implement it in your app revision?

I expect all will be good with the Intel Power gadget framework, but I didn't even start working on it... so I don't know atm

Cpu 0 Diode should be pkg global CPU temperature?

Don't know for sure, but it looks like  PKG = package temp that is you core temp... yes,maybe a everage. Anyway I don't think is the socket temp.

Is it possible to have a test version where Sensors Update intervals in seconds is set to 1?

it could be useful for me while I am comparing HwSensrSMC with IPG datas

yes I see

but Intel power gadget is not possible to set to 3..it can be set to 1 or less (1000ms)

Then the app itself will become a test stress. Consider that IPG show only stuff about cpu, HWMonitorSMC everything else + the cpu stuff

yep

don't worry I think some stress could not do damage on my 18 cores/36 thread cpu

I would like to find an empiric way to define PKG temperature as CPU 0 diode

with this and with your implementation for frequency (based on IPG framework) we should also have, cores/cpu multiplier togheter frequency maybe with a simple integer division so we have many of parameters we had with "old" fakesmc and cpu sensor kext

Or not? :)

Sorry, but I can open it. May be your test version depend from type Graphics Cards? I use AMD Vega

Understood. Please open the Terminal and copy/paste this:

/Applications/HWMonitorSMC2.app/Contents/MacOS/HWMonitorSMC2

..and press enter. Show me the output if any
