Is this my end or your end?  It cannot find the server to download the zip?

Edited:

Maybe the ALC663 is not supported?  It still will try and download a zip file?

See Post #1/Requirements/2. Realtek ALC/2. Supported ...

My mistake, next update adds code to exit if codec is not supported.

Well I still use it on a lot of Desktops so thanks very much for sharing your work!!

No errors from script. KP is deadbeef error, not related to audio.

I downloaded your updated "audio_realtekALC-100_v1.0.4" command and applied it. Ironically it did the trick and now I am currently able to use onboard audio on OS X 10.10.1. I am 99% confident your older "audio_realtekALC-100_v1.0.1" command was the cause of my problem. You can take a look for yourself, I went ahead and attached each individual one. Thanks for contributions to the community.

Alright, I managed to fix the problem using the info at https://github.com/toleda/audio_ALCInjection, particular the guide in "[Guide] Add HDEF-Clover.pdf".

The problem was that I had Inject=No instead of Inject=1 in my config.plist under Devices/Audio. I manually edited the file, and ran audio_cloverALC-100-v1.0.1.command again. I then edited replaced <09ec10> with <0009ec10> in the config.plist, restarted, and now it works :)

i guess i am having the same issue with chameleon, i mean i have audio id=0 so i figure layout id=1. how to soleve it in chameleon?

Good to hear audio is working for you.  I look at your issue and arrive at a different conclusion.

Any way to get my ALC889 working on Yosemite 10.10 amd??

No, AppleHDA requires Intel High Definition Audio support.

how to solve it in chameleon?

5. Chameleon/Chameleon Installer/Custom/Settings/HDEF/LayoutID=1

Audio is very crackly.  If i open the Audio MIDI setup I can watch audio devices dropping in and out.  this only happens when audio is playing.  I also notice that sometimes Win8.1 will show "an audio device being removed/added" notification.  That leads me to believe it is more of a motherboard issue and not driver.  Is there a BIOS setting I am missing?  My speakers are plugged into the green port on my motherboard.
