[Success] and NEED HELP - Athlon II x3 / ATI HD4830

My pc's configuration is like that:

Asus M4A87TD/USB3 Mainboard

AMD Athlon II X3 445 CPU

Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4830

2 x 2GB Kingston DDR3 RAM

VIA VT1818S Audio Adapter

 

I've managed to install Mavericks 10.9.1 via this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/294868-guideamd-athlon-x2-x6-with-mavericks-1091/

 

While installing and after install I've used these boot flags:

-v USBLegacyOff=Yes npci=0x2000 -f GraphicsEnabler=No

 

After installing without problem, system info was saying:

CPU: 3.1 mhz, so according to guide I should change system.kext and I did.

Display resolution was low also.

 

I also installed the Exotic Patch

 

I have installed the voodoo patch suggested in the guide but it does not worked.

 

Now, resolution is Full Hd as it is supposed to be. But animations are so slow. And sound is not working.

So, what is the problem, which is the cause, cpu or gpu?

How can I solve the sound issue?
