wh1sker
I wanna try it out but I'm afraid I'll break my gpu kext and I just managed to make it work with a multi monitor set up, also I got a sh1tty bluetooth to work by deleting some .plist and some unknown magic. I'm afraid that will go away too. Does iMessage work for you guys?

Neso
Clover here, update no problems,TRIM patched in Clover so not losing TRIM support, repatched AppleHDA.kext. Interesting development on sleep button on keyboard. Now fast pressing doesn't do nothing, keep pressed for 1-2 sec then release PC goes to sleep, keep pressed for longer than 2 sec sleep, restart shutdown dialog. Nice m/b: Asus Rampage III Gene.

Riley Freeman
Seems to be an uneventful update. Just applied patches for AppleHDA and OpenCL. Just waiting on the updated nvidia web drivers to see if they fix the Kepler PM bug. Although my gut is telling me the only fix for that will be to buy a AMD card. Riley Freeman
...hey Riley, what opencl patch are you applying on 10.9.2?(i thought none was needed) It's the one to stop OpenCL from using my 670. So far it's the only fix for the Kepler PM bug. It's covered here. Ironically I need to patch OpenCL to stop it working on my card.
Huckleberry Pie
Works 'swell on my end, other than the usual AppleHDA reinstall, i.e. backing up and reinstalling the old working kext.

mnfesq
Installation is becoming quite routine for 10.9.2. After the initial installation and before the first reboot, I need to boot into another installation of OS X on a 10 GB partition. Once there, I need to patch the kernel, use prior versions of AppleACPIPlatform.kext, AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext, AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext, and IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext. Then, repair permissions. Reboot and complete installation. If I don't do these things, I can still boot up but I get no battery detection and I lose speedstepping. One of these days, I will fix those problems without resorting to using older kexts. For now, it works like a charm.
XanthraX
The update worked fine for me. Having an USB audio adapter, not needed to replace the HDA.
Gringo Vermelho
I used the Combo Updater as always. For some reason I had to run it twice. The "kernel[0]: Network delay is not specified! Defaulting to 0x384" messages are gone. Everything groovy over here on 10.9.2 so far. Z77, i5-3570K, GTX 660 (331.01.01b15 web driver - no CUDA yet) external USB audio, some Logitech peripherals. Latest Kozlek FakeSMC, latest Chameleon, iMac13,1 smbios.
Long Cat
Updated with App Store, re-patched AppleHDA and re-enabled Trim, all good so far. Macbook Pro got stuck half way through the update, had to do it twice. No such problems on the hack. Geekbench 3930K @ 4.2GHz up from ~19500 (10.9.1) to 21832 (10.9.2), which makes up for the drop from ML to Mavs and then some. By far the highest I've had this processor bench under OS X. Also noticed a hilarious new bug for 10.9.2 (non-hackintosh related). Try Shift + Ctrl + Up or Down Arrow key. SLLOOOOWWW. Strangely enough the corresponding gestures with magic mouse or trackpad work properly. Weird, but whatever.
p.g.p
I got a Kernel Panic right after reboot... I installed the MAS update, not combo. Now I'm trying to reinstall 10.9.0 without formatting the whole drive I don't know how it could happen, since it seems that no one is having troubles with the update, and my system configuration should be compatible:i7 3770K @4GHz, 8GB 2000MHz, AsRock Z77 Extreme4, integrated GPU HD 4000 (no other video card), 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 (with 4k blocks). EDIT: No way, had to make a clean install...
