Macken
Hi, I posted about some problems I had when I first got Mavericks installed on my Samsung Chronos 7 notebook here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/295816-mavericks-installed-on-samsung-chronos-7-but-with-issues/ The issues I was having before are gone but I'm still having problems with my graphics. Mavericks is still using the "Best for display" setting and the only resolution I have is 1024X768. As it stands now the graphics are stretched out to fill the screen. It's not bad but I'd like to have the native resolution of 1600X900. I've also got Intel 3000 graphics but when I tried a kext to enable them the screen turned a kind of purplish grey colour and whatever was on the screen was stretched and moved to the right. Basically it was unusable so I had to reinstall Mavericks and as it stands now I'd really like to get the Radeon 6750m graphics working. If I could do this without installing a kext that would be nice. (I'm a little leery of kexts right now for the reason stated above) But if that's the only way to solve it then I guess I'll give it another try. Here's what my current System Report says about the graphics: Chipset Model: Intel HD Graphics 3000 Type: GPU Bus: Built-In VRAM (Total): 64 MB of Shared System Memory Vendor: Intel (0x8086) Device ID: 0x0116 Revision ID: 0x0009 Kernel Extension Info: No Kext Loaded Displays: Display: Resolution: 1024 x 768 Pixel Depth: 32-Bit Color (ARGB8888) Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Any suggestions? Thanks.

pokenguyen
For 1600x900 screen, you need DualLink, try to boot with EnableDualLink=Yes (assume you're using latest Chameleon)
