lafaki
Hi, I have recently installed iATKOS ML2 on a Fujitsu Lifebook NH532. As I could not install on an internal disk, I used an external USB disk. During the installation as well as after the installation, I am unable to use the laptop keyboard and touchpad. For the installation I used USB mouse and keyboard. What do I need to do in order to enable in iATKOS ML2 the laptop keyboard and touchpad? FYI, during the installation - I used no boot flags (any USB-related flags did not help) - I selected the PS2 drivers from the customization menu; however this did not help the situation I am also unable to select my resolution i.e. 1600x900. I only have the default option i.e. 1024x768 How can I use the right resolution? Many Thanks! Akis P.S. Would anyone know how to overcome the problem of the the internal disks not being recognized during the iATKOS ML2 installation? lafaki
A quick update: Keyboard/Touchpad I am still unable to use the laptop keyboard and touchpad I have copied those kext into the /System/Library/Extensions folder: - AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext - ApplePS2Controller.kext It didn't work. I have also copied this kext into the /System/Library/Extensions folder (in a clean installation): - IOUSBFamily.kext Unfortunately the keyboard and touchpad again did not work. If I use the USBLegacyOff=Yes, the OS does not start and it even corrupts my installation. Screen Resolution Using the boot command "Graphics Mode"="1600x900x32" solves my problem Could you please help me out? Having reached to this point, it is a pity not to be able to use the laptop keyboard.
