spakk
GOOD JOB Andy the AutoAPBDecrypt 1.1 tool works much better than the first Version. Better would be a drop-down menu query if desired 32-bit or 64-bit files and than the program replaces automatically the files SysDecrypts.tiff

Andy Vandijck
I'm currently developing the windows version which will be available free of charge. Just implemented a media player which will handle audio playback (including showing the cover of the embedded mp3/m4a file) Still lots of work and some bugfixes (Windows specific issues) to be done but I'm making excellent progress... Keep you posted
Andy Vandijck
What about one for Snow Leopard? I tried building one, but am missing something or doing it wrong because it fails to build. Could you give me a log of which errors you get? I could fix it...
misterfrista
I can confirm on my 10.7.4/10.8.0 it only works when I use one System to scan the other! Using the tool to scan the system i am running doesn't crash but finds nothing! I´ll replace the decrypted binaries later and tell you if all went fine! Edit: 10.8.0 works pretty fine for some hours now! Great work!

spakk
here the complete folder with all the binaries found. as has already been written, were found in my system overall seven binaries, you need move manually the missing Biniaries into the correct files. but I'm not conclusive whether this will help you further. would anyone want for more binaries, then load up here! please SysDecrypts.rar Edited February 10, 2013 by spakk

Andy Vandijck
I would like some feedback on the win32 release too. (PPF-O-Maker V5.0.0 WIN32, previous post has the download link) Oh yes, I forgot to mention: Let the app run untill it says that your patch file is ready. It isn't done untill it says so... EDIT: No feedback yet? I need test reports before I do the proper modifications to PPF-O-Matic V5.0.0... that's the next target to port...

R:A:W:X86
hi R:A:W:X86, you do not need dont steal kext with AppleDecrypt. you can remove dont steal from s / l / e You did not understand, me. There is a blacklist function in the Kernel patch, that can prevent any kext (mentioned in src) from beeing loaded, so you do not need to delete any files / can leave your installation untouched. Anyway, it was only a side note, I just like keeping things straightforward and simple. I would like even better, having decryption moved to the Kernel... Andy?^^

Andy Vandijck
I've started the work on PPF-O-Matic 5.0.0 WIN32 The audio player is finished. All that is left is squashing some file handling bugs. I've done enough for today though... Release planned for tomorrow if all goes well
R:A:W:X86
Thanks go to Sinetek. That man deserves plain appreciation, for all his brilliant work. I am building from the diff he published, built in decryptor wasn't part of that. Works. Thanks for pointing that out.

Dr. Hurt
I tested it and it works but I had a little problem. The system pauses for 15 seconds at "can't find SMC driver" during boot. I have to use it with fakesmc to overcome this problem, which is counterintuitive. @Andy Vandijck May I suggest adding basic SMC device emulation, and stock dsmos disabler to this kext.
