rlf
Ethernet - OK, there are some reliability problems with the driver for that ethernet, but here is how to install the best one that is available. In order to install kexts from within OSX, you need to use a helper utility. Download Kext Wizard from here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/253395-kext-wizard-easy-to-use-kext-installer-and-more/. Download the ethernet kext from this posting: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/205771-appleintele1000ekext-for-108107106105/?p=1963594 Unzip Kext Wizard. Unzip the ethernet kext. Open up Kext Wizard. Click on "Installation". Drag the ethernet kext to the window at the top of Kext Wizard. Click on "System/Library/Extensions". In the "Target disk" pop-up menu, be sure that "OS X" is selected. Then press "Install". You will need to give your password. After the kext has installed, you need to reboot your computer. styrian
For problems with your used install method, which is not supported here, you have to ask on the developer platform or the developers themselves. Please read this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/ and this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/275941-very-important-please-read-about-tonymacx86/ Please put your hardware in your signature, like many others have done it here. This is in your own interest for getting proper support. Have fun.
