Waldimor
Hello, My motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H I did a clean install with Mountain Lion on my SSD today, installed my kexts (AppleHDA, IOUSBFamily, FakeSMC and AtherosL1cEthernet), i also installed Paragon NTFS. Normally sleep is working fine then. The problem now is, that my PC is waking up everytime itself a few seconds after it's going to sleep. Could someone please tell me how to solve this? Alex009988
To make sleep working you must commit several conditions. Working graphics, patch of USB, and others. Firstly give your DSDT, show your configs from bootloaders. What Graphics do you have?
Waldimor
Hello Alex, my graphic card: GTX 770 I'm also dual booting OS X and Windows, probably this is important. The latest CUDA drivers are installed, too. I uploaded my DSDT and the org.chameleon.Boot.plist for you, thanks for your reply so far. Edit: Having problems uploading files here, just a moment please. Edit 2: Well, I can't upload any files since I just have 4 posts. I'll upload the files somewhere else. Alex009988
By the way, do you have speed step working? The main condition for sleep. Does your processor work without NullCPUPowerManagement?
Waldimor
Here are the files: http://www40.zippyshare.com/v/5287006/file.html Well, sleep did work perfectly fine for me a few days, I don't know what's wrong now after I installed OS X completely new. NullCPUPowerManagement was not needed for sleep before.
Gringo Vermelho
Run console.app and look in system.log, wake and sleep events are logged, you should be able to see which device is causing a wake event.
Waldimor
Thanks Gringo, here is my log after setting my PC to sleep and it's wakup immediately afterwards: If I'm not wrong, "GLAN XHC" seems to be the problem. (Line 13) How can I fix this? WOL is disabled in my system settings btw. Slice
I think the wake reason is USB 3.0 Sep 9 06:34:31 patrick-pc kernel[0]: Wake reason: GLAN XHC You seems have not good driver for XHCI.
Rampage Dev
And wake on lan.

I'm using your USB 3.0 IOUSBFamily.kext for the VL800 you sent me before after a clean install of OS X. Do you probably have a new version of it? Wake on Lan is disabled in the system settings, Rampage Dev.

Waldimor
I'm getting crazy, I just can't get it to work again. I tried your v11 final, Slice, but the problem still exists. Does my DSDT.aml need any patches?
Waldimor
I had the same problem now a few times when turning my PC off. After turning it off, it booted up like a normal restart. But I turned it off. What is cause of this?
Slice
Yes, your DSDT is needed to be patched. I uploaded SSDT.aml in main topic. Also I set NoSleepForce=Yes. It means that the adapter will not wake the computer. Do exactly that I said and you will have success because my adapter is also VL800.
Waldimor
Sorry, what do you mean with main topic? I searched in a few topics you created but can't find the SSDT.aml. Thanks for answering so far Slice, you're a great help.
