Fine :-)

Now have the next question ... Sorry.

I see in the bdmesg Log a UUID (Only called: UUID) but in the "About my Mac" i see a other UUID (Called: Hardware-UUID). Is this normal?

I consider which number I with AmiBcp in DMI enter (See this Post from FredWst:  #858 ). When i use the F3 Bios i see my RAM in "About my Mac" correct. That is the reason, for testing new Bios. The Bios works, but i become a new "Hardware-UUID" and iMessage is unable to connect. That is the reason for change or fix my UUID.

I hope you can understand my google-english ;-)

for Messages & Facetime to work correctly you have to put commands as following:

sudo nvram 4D1EDE05-38C7-4A6A-9CC6-4BCCA8B38C14:ROM=

sudo nvram 4D1EDE05-38C7-4A6A-9CC6-4BCCA8B38C14:MLB=

sudo nvram 4D1FDA02-38C7-4A6A-9CC6-4BCCA8B30102:BaseBoardSerial=system serial + rest of the digits till 17.

Yes ... I know :-) and i have do this. I try to explain:

My start configure:

I run Bios F2 + Ozmosis 824 + Mavericks ... save Values in NVRAM without Problems: iMessage works perfectly

I run Bios F2 + Ozmosis 824 + Yosemite ... NVRAM Values are available and i Message works

Now i make a update from Bios F2 to Version F3 and Ozmosis from Version 824 to 894 ... This works, but i can't write to the NVRAM.

I give my Values in the DefaultOzmosis.plist and my connection to iCloud, AppStore etc. come back, but iMessage can't connect because

my UUID changed. I think. That is the reason for try to change my UUID per DMI.

At the moment I use: Bios F2 with Ozmosis 894 ... But the RAM Section in "About my Mac" is wrong. Only cosmetic ... i know.

But I want to try it perfectly to have. With Bios F3 and Ozmosis 894 the RAM is correctly displayed.

Hi, sorry to budge in but I did a bit of reading and can't keep track, seems very complicated for me to understand.

Just want to get right to it, does anyone know if this will work with a Gigabyte G1 Sniper m5 Z87 motherboard? I tried looking up if it had an AMI UEFI firmware but I can't get any info and it doesn't have dual UEFI bios so don't want to try it without getting your guy's input first.

It's working at the moment with Mavericks using the Clover UEFI bootloader (which was a pain in the a** to configure and get working but I got the hang of it).

Here is the link to the motherboard

Maybe you can chat this on PM?

I fail to see the relevance with Ozmosis...

:D I can't see why, since many people find help here to change their DSDT's, to make it better fit with Ozmosis. I think it's a part of the subject, and, it's a kind of help you know, as you can see, we are around the world reunited by a single topic ^_^ !

Total agree, but you are providing an .aml with no details and the conversation looks like a private one(since I suggested the PM)

If I fail to understand what you are doing, and I am monitoring this topic, I doubt a new user will understand a thing or gain any useful information other then a not working yet(for what purpose I dunno) .aml.

Ok sir  ! If you followed this topic since the day I posted the bios and all other files, you can see that i've realized a change in the SSDT tables for HDD's, for graphics, and the DSDT.
This last one, was completely changed and redesigned to save more space, to contain all relevant patches and to remove unused peripherals. I've founded truesoldier who help me several times and then btw "I thanked you TRUESOLDIER :thumbsup_anim:  :wink_anim: , I remember well, when you told me: you can do it," and I had assistance from Dr. FredWest for SSDT's in bios "GRAND MERCI a toi Fred :thumbsup_anim:  :wink_anim: ".

Two days later, maybe, I realized  that i have to update the layout of the DSDT.s after the PJALM was explain me.
In fact the mini-dsdt works very well, lightweight, and designed between Z77MX-QUO and iMac.
:hammer:  I moves the devices in the proper scoops, to get a cosmetic result, then I put this patch for exemple :graduated: :

But the problem is when i don't use the SSDT's, the graphics patch sometimes are not working with windows, result: bluescreen=> ACPI Tables error!
You can see the differences between the DSDT's" V 1, 2, 3" posted, and you know, in every DSDT, SSDT, BIOS posted earlier, i post the original one and the patched one to see the differences between and to know what's added, and in the message,  :poster_oops: we can't send any file!!! You have to follow all this topic from the start to finish to understand, that's all my friend   :D  ^_^, and THe KiNG! i love your:   "God gives, but do not put in bags"
