THe KiNG
hi. is there a way to enable nvidia web driver with ozmosis? unluckly system load alway with osx default driver. i tried the solutions posted here http://hackintosh-forum.de/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=14237, but they don't work. please, help If you read the system.log you will find that the "WEB" driver is loaded if the flag is set on boot, rest is pure nVidia {censored} software... I am curious to see how is on "real" MacPro with "real" nVidia mac card, if that {censored} prefpane/menubar does work proper or not.

Riley Freeman
Edit ozmosis defaults with boot-args="nvda_drv=1". If you have writable nvram just run this from terminal to enable it: sudo nvram boot-args="nvda_drv=1" If you're using any other boot flags add those too. The nvidia prefpane won't load here. So this is how I do it.

My guess is that there's no need to specify it because that's where the nvram is anyway. I just know that adding boot-args like nvda_drv and -v work fine without specifying it. xelanaiznac
hi guys, everything all right here. using osmosis 894m with smcemulator.fss (fakesmc gives me kernel panic and i'm unable to find 3.3.1 by slice). i'm using 14,2 smbios and my only issue is this: using clover i have the power nap option in system preferences, with osmosis no. what can i do? does it depends on the fact that with clover i was using fakesmc while with osmosis i am using smcemulator? thank you
