MacThemes
Hi guys, I have some problems creating the OS-icons for my theme. I have created the icons in Pixelmator, saved as PNG and then ... converted them into icns-format using IconComposer.app in 10.9 and 10.6 ( posted in the first post ) -> no icons displayed, Clover switched to iClover Theme. renamed the png into icns -> no icons displayed, Clover switched to iClover again. What can I do, to get my icons displaying on screen ? Here is the PNG for Yosemite ( for example ) :

lisai9093
Hi everyone, I am just amateur to Clover theme. I really want some theme similar to the Apple's boot screen. So I mixed some themes and icons, and here is what I got: If someone could improve this theme, for example adding arrows below the OS icons and changing OS selection box, that would be great. Here is the theme: bootcamp.zip
Slice
We already have at least two themes with name "bootcamp". May be you want name it somehow else?
lisai9093
We already have at least two themes with name "bootcamp". May be you want name it somehow else?Oh, sure. Let's call it bootcamp2! Just kidding, I propose the name "OSS" representing OS Selection Screen, if no one minds. After all it is not my original theme. =P
Goddessavril
Update for any budding theme designers and tinkerers! Slice has added a new option this morning with r2716 that changes non selected device icons and their associated badges to greyscale. Here's a quick preview with the BGM256 theme to show the feature. This is a great and simple way to indicate to the user which device is currently selected. It can be used with or without the Selection Big image which may be preferable with the design. Usage: <key>Selection</key> <dict> <key>ChangeNonSelectedGrey</key> <true/> </dict> Great job! Fabulous theme.

blackosx
Hi Ahmed Salah AIS I’ve tested with your background.png file and you’re right that Clover does not display it. Opening the file and re-saving it in Photoshop gave me a file that worked. Using ImageMagick’s identify command with the -verbose option shows me lots of info about both yours and my re-saved file. The most noticeable info is your file is saved with an alpha channel which may be the cause. Yours: Type: TrueColorAlpha Channel depth: red: 8-bit green: 8-bit blue: 1-bit alpha: 8-bit My re-saved one: Type: TrueColor Channel depth: red: 8-bit green: 8-bit blue: 8-bit See if you can save your background file from GIMP without the alpha channel. Here's my re-saved file for comparison.
