theconnactic Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 Graphics-wise, our current Mountain Lion kernel is no match for the latest Lion patched kernels (despite the latter's patchset being based on the former's). As for now, with few exceptions (i think i can call myself one of the lucky ones with my HD5450, with a grain of salt), Lion 10.7.5 is by far the most stable version of OSX to run on AMD CPUs.
