Attemping to install ML on this "freedos" notebook with no success chipset hm76 cpu core i3-2348m 7 series / c210 bus for usb,ahci,audio etc etc From a retail (10.8.0) stuck at bluetooth (stuck on video kext because bluetooth it's just the kext before..) From iAtkos ML2 (10.8.2) installation done but no qe/ci working System information device id 0x0116 0x0009 no kext loaded Tried different snb graphics and apple intelhd3000 kext combination found over internet, nothing. Iatkos give you a chance to remove all apple intel HDgraphic kext during install. You can "kext utility" back after installation. If I do that . .stuck at bluetooth and wont boot up. As usual smbios is set on MacBook Pro 8,1 and chameleon graphicsenabler yez Any ideas ? Thx in advance -Update Remove all "video" kext except intel related remove all the other (ioprimarymatch) and leave just my 0x01168086 in AppleIntelHD3000 info.plist and 01168086 in AppleIntelSNBGraphics Now it show 384Mb instead 54Mb and got full resolution (1336x768) but qe/cl won't works ... various artifact on mission control and so on almost there . . . going to do a fresh install to work on a clean base Pls help :-) -Update Ok fresh install have done the trick :-) Need to remove all nvidia/ati kext after first login and leave only 0x01168086 into AppleIntelHD3000.kext info.plist and 01168086 into AppleIntelSNBGraphics info.plist Use kextwizard instead kextutility (dont know why, kextutil appear to work correctly but sometimes dont do the job expecially during rebuild kext. It means "well done" but it's not true...). smbios MacBookPro8,1 org.chameleon.boot.plist GraphicsEnabler=Yes reboot A bit YeaH ! hd3000 fully accellerated and ful resolutuion (1336x768) but artifacts appears from a reboot to another randomly :-/ Now I'm looking for bcc9 patch If you are interested I'll do a guide when done . . .
