WaldMeister
Hi degrus, I have no idea, would have to reverse the strings, to much trouble. Btw Tonio, i noticed, after wake, the screen stays blank on my HD4000, so i asked my friend Google To fix this, edit the GFX0 section in the DSDT as below: Previous code: Device (GFX0) { Name (_ADR, 0x00020000) Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) { Store (Package (0x02) { "AAPL,ig-platform-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x04, 0x00, 0x66, 0x01 } }, Local0) DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0)) Return (Local0) } New code: Device (GFX0) { Name (_ADR, 0x00020000) Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) { Store (Package (0x0C) { "AAPL,ig-platform-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x04, 0x00, 0x66, 0x01 }, "device-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x66, 0x01, 0x00, 0x00 }, "vendor-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x86, 0x80, 0x00, 0x00 }, "subsystem-vendor-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x6B, 0x10, 0x00, 0x00 }, "subsystem-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0xEA, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "revision-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x04, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 } }, Local0) DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0)) Return (Local0) } Pay attention to the red numbers
Tonio1987
Lejenk thank you, but I have not problem, the wake work well here Except AppleHDA I have to restart restartHDA.app after sleep...
degrus
hi friends Me too i have not problem, my purpose is to determine the better efi string to have best quality and function
WaldMeister
Why an EFI string, if you can include it in the DSDT? Except AppleHDA I have to restart restartHDA.app after sleep Ah well, if that's all You should be able to automate that process somehow.
Tonio1987
Yes efi string is useless now. how? click and go without my password?
WaldMeister
Good question, think you will need a shell script to automate that. Just did quick search, seems you will need a third party app, so the above suggestion seems kind of useless

Tonio1987
I managed to put clover in the hard drive and have 8gb of ram. Just go into the bios and enter the EFI line for booting clover. It does not work well yet, no keyboard, no touchpad, no ethernet, resolution not good... but 8go ram... I will try to run all this weekend. Probably, enter bios > boot options > add boot option.Select the Clover HDD and add the following line: efi\boot\cloverx64.efiI could be wrong on this one, don't know about Asus bios
