oups, apologize for the small misunderstanding  ---> which smbios.plist do you use? try my smbios.plist for iMac14,2 --> see in my Extra - folder

I think that, your USB stick on do you have installed Mavericks, You Should check the USB stick

first with DISK UTILITY and then with MyHack and last you should remove with the internal tool of MyHack the problem driver.

then boot again with the USB stick :yes:

get replaced kexts through the terminal. Mac OS load properly. but very slow, the program will not start. what can you kekstov lacking. I do not know already what to do, help

получилось заменить кексты через терминал. мак ос загружается нормально. но очень сильно тормозит, программы не запускаются. может какого то кекста не хватает. я не знаю уже что делать, помогите

я думаю что у меня проблемы с графикой, при обновления заменяются драйвера, возможно моя видео карта с ними не совместима или что то подобное.

I think that I have a problem with the graphics drivers are replaced with an update, maybe my video card is not compatible with them or something like that.

maybe you should keep your vendor-id and device-id register in the graphics driver,

into info.plist. download systemInfo app and uploade the System Info image here, then I'm going to try similar your graphics driver to my adjust, possibly it can work. I can not promise, if your problem really should be on the graphics card

to create a dsdt is very simple, but a perfect dsdt that your graphics card if your graphics card will not support directly from the drivers need a little more time and information to create them. I have a few videos linked from youtube that show you how you create a useful dsdt from your system. start with create the bases of the DSDT.aml , then you go to the graphics card. you can be my DSDT.aml I have uploaded in my working builds take as a base.

tormented with updating 10,9,2 two weeks, there is nothing to no avail, after rebooting the system slows down greatly on the Nvidia 570. even replaced it with AMD 5770, but still did not help, gray screen and the mouse cursor turns.. but here it has solved all of kexts replace 10,9,1 and 10,9,2 copied  them instead, and everything is fine booted, nothing does not inhibit.I do not know because of what I kexts brakes 10,9,2 with the new update, can Satan? may have something?

 

Incidentally adobe still falls ((

 

spakk maybe you adobe works correctly, because you have a Phenom processor instead of FX as I have.

I installed 20times now the whole Mavericks and I am pissed off becuase my graphics doesn't work.

I checked my AGPM, I was the assumption that I have modified it, I could not detect any change. I think that it is crucial that the DSDT.aml is fully patched. including the graphics card and a matching smbios.plist and a efi-string which you must integrate this into your chameleon.boot.plist.

Furthermore, I recommend you to install the modified driver from the link above, then repair disk permissions, then hope that it works.

You are my master <3 This drivers works perfectly, and I've got full QE/CI and dual display right now :thumbsup_anim: :thumbsup_anim: :thumbsup_anim:

 

P.S. Shoul I delete this post about GT640? Because they don't belong here :D

I think that should the Mods decide for themselves whether they should move the post or not. I think this is a crucial piece of information for the Nvidia Graphics Problems with AMD Hackintosh. I think that your post makes an informative statement.

  • .... and that the problem is not the cause of the kernel, which is the proof. Not like some users have suggested, which is to find the cause of the kernel.

spakk and how you copied the kexts after the update 10,9,2,? I did not get through the Finder, gives an error, do not copy, do not delete, just across the terminal can, but it is not convenient, you do the same? you through the terminal copied kexts?

Thanks for the idea and help :) But unfortunately this not work :( I replaced the kexts you mentioned on the link, repaired permissions and reboot. With System.kext from Andy it is OPEMU Error:

OPEMU:  ud2

OPEMU:  ud2

OPEMU:  ud2...

 

With the kexts only from 10.9.0, boot hangs on hfs: mounted Mavericks HDD on device root_device.

.....waiting fo devece root, can be possibly a cause of: not correctly bios settings Interpret May your HFS+ HDD is not on First Position or AHCI is not active or your should disable your FireWire then re- Start your system

I seem to remember someone here with an Asus Sabertooth 990fx board like mine, but this is just a general question I suppose. ALC892. Anyone had any luck with it and being able to use all the outputs? My surround system uses 6 of the 8 (5.1) and right now with voodooHDA 2.8.4 I am only getting the one "headphone (green)" output.

OK so I have done some researching and since I never had any luck modding my DSDT when playing with OSX before I went the route of modifying voodooHDA as described HERE. Now I can see the other ports in the voodoo panel as well as in the MIDI app, but they do not work. Anybody have any insight?

It's so awesome to have a pretty much fully working AMD(FX) Mavericks install. I just fired up steam and installed/played some Kerbal Space Program without issues. Now if only OSX would use my SLI graphics cards. I still have not managed to get the audio working fully.. but I have not given up yet. I am on 10.9.1 with BSA v9. I'm just using the kernel and not the system.kext that was supplied along with the zip because it wont boot with it, but seems to work "mostly" fine without it. What is annoying me right now is that it's a {censored} shoot when I reboot if I will actually get the login screen or if the screen just goes black and then stays that way forcing me to hard reboot. Sometimes it will fire right back up just fine after the hard reset and sometimes I have to do it a few times before it works. I did a bit of reading through the kernel testing thread but did not find an answer. Maybe I just didn't look hard(long) enough? It's very annoying since I am messing with the voodooHDA kext and rebooting quite a bit.
