CodeRush
USBDC is attached to the bootom of the guide. FTK for DOS is a complete different archive. If you have Windows, you can download FTK for Windows, unpack it, open Win32 folder and run biosbck.bat as Administrator. It's easier then creating DOS-bootable drive.

The Bios is a Phoenix UEFI Secure Tiano BIOS.
CodeRush
dajs, will patch it as soon as my Windows 8 setup will be completed. Can you please run spiinfo.bat as Administrator and post a screenshot of command window? viiddee, it was successful. Now please try to flash it and report. CodeRush
dajs, thanks. This is standard Intel lock settings (BIOS: read/write, Descriptor: read, ME: nothing). Please wait about 1 hour before I can patch your BIOS backup. I have replaced a HDD and decided to reinstall all OSes, I'm in OS X now, downloading and setting applications up. I don't have Windows now, so please be patient before I install it and can use PhoenixTool to patch your backup.

CodeRush
This is funny as hell. I spent 30 minutes deep in disassembled listing to find this particular patch, and it's not needed anymore. The new version of that ECS BIOS dumped from dajs'es board has normal nested PowerManagement module with normal patch. It can't be patched by PMPatch right now (not enough space to reinsert repacked nest module), but can be patched using PhoenixTool. To flash it back, please create DOS-bootable FTK-drive by following the guide right way, unpack attached ECS.zip to FTK-drive's root folder, boot to DOS from it and enter fpt -rewrite -bios -f bios.bin command. Wait for green "FPT Operation Passed" message, then enter poweroff command. Your PC will power off then power on again automatically. If it boots - congratulations, if not - don't blame me. lunux
lunux, I still need MSRDumper.kext output from you. I don't know what utility flashes BIOS on that particular OEM board, so it's up to you to find the way to flash it. Please don't flash anything before providing me MSRDumper.kext output. Thanks Code Rush, I do not have for now another Mac to insert MRSdumper on usb, I'll do it as soon as possible, by the way as you did suggest I have to use FTK for Windows, and run biosbck.bat as Administrator, the bios I sent it was aBKUP made by bios bk tools 2.14, not an original one. thanks
CodeRush
dajs, then you can remove your NullCPUPowerManagement.kext or replace your patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext with vanilla one. lunux, you can do it, and spiinfo.bat screenshot will be useful too.

CodeRush
The use FTK for Windows. Run Command Prompt as Administrator, cd to FTK/Win64 folder, and enter fpt -bios -f C:/patch/to/unpacked/bios.bin, wait for completion, then enter poweroff command. System will power off and on again.
dajs
JUST 1 more question before this ECS.ROM I put on the USB? or in the Win64 folder? Image file C:/patch/to/unpacked/bios.bin not found. CodeRush
dajs, are you freakin' kidding me? Unpack bios.bin from your ECS.zip to FTK/Win64 folder and then use fpt -bios -f bios.bin and poweroff.

CodeRush
dajs, you need to run startup repair from Windows 8 installation media, I think. I don't know how you are booting OS X (I'm using Clover UEFI, for example), so I can't tell you what to do next. Please ask about it in some other topic on this forum. If you patched BIOS is flashed and works - my job there is done, sorry. I'm neither moderator not admin here because it's a hard work to which I have no time, and I'm just as new to hackintosh and stuff as you. I'm known much more as "BIOS guy" then as "Hackintosh user".

CodeRush
Nowhere I think. This MB is very rare. Ask someone to patch it for you, and perhaps it will be done.

CodeRush
I think it can support Ivy Bridge CPUs with this particular BIOS. Let's go talk via PM, there is no need to post here anymore, because it isn't PMPatch related at all.
