Ok here are some logs of failed boots.

I have tried DisableLinkeditJettison enabled and disabled, no difference.

Instead of being negative how about explain what went wrong and why? Which patch to change?
Not everyone can understand boot logs.

From what I can see I need to set the new patch that forces cpu cores to 6? As I think it’s at 8 in the patches? Is this correct?

passes the config.plist I don't steal anything from you, I don't use Clover the one with the patches put by me

in the first and last patch there is RangeFind, in my AMD hack whether it is present or not does not change anything

hope add in Clover for older driver with UEFI from OC

in my case, now HP 4320s using OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi for snow leopard to avoid kernelcache error message.

if i want to boot with OpenRuntime.efi for snow leopard, need AllowRelocationBlock option

you need to fix those 4 patches 

from me it works on big sur and monterey once so modified, don't ask me why, I'm not the developer of Clover.

I am about to test this one but have a question.
For this patch PR_Algrey Force set cpuid_cores_per_package-12.x do i need to change the replace to BA0600000090 from BA0800000090?

Just that one or the other ones as well I posted previously? As that one is for pre Monterey and so is one other but one of them is for Monterey.

Here are the last 2 logs from booting Big Sur then Monterey B3 with the attached Clover.

The kernel panic is the same each time, 18 threads but only 12 registered.

@selvaggioAUS the kerneltopatch are all successfully loaded, are you using with Clover the same kexts you use with OC?
I currently have no solutions for your problem

Thanks for the replies, i have made sure the kexts are the same but still same result.

Surely i have made a mistake with a patch or something because of the kernel panic, 18 threads but only 12 registered.

Meaning its trying to allocate 18 threads but only 12 registered (6 core CPU)

@selvaggioAUS remember to use  with Clover the same SSDT that you use with OC, and very importantly you have to define the loading order in clover's SortedOreder setting inserting the names of the ssdt including the extension .aml

this is a logical request, but let's keep in mind that in your posted EFI there are no SSDT, in the EFI of OC of SavageAUS there are many SSDT that if placed in patched clover then have a random loading and not defined as in OC
