fau7i
Thanks to SoThOr and Slice. At least now I can hide recovery hd with Custom / Entries. Great as I can unhide with F3. <key>Custom</key> <dict> <key>Entries</key> <array> <dict> <key>Type</key> <string>OSXRecovery</string> <key>Image</key> <string>/Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/themes/bluemac/icons/os_mac.icns</string> <key>Hidden</key> <true/> </dict> </array> </dict> Anyway, seems I don't really understand the correct path to link to a custom icon. I have 2 recovery hd (10.8 and 10.9). When I press F3, both partitions show up but only one of them has changed its icon. I also wanted to change volume's title using FullTitle like below, it doesn't work. Also without .icns ext works great! Otherwise if u want to use fullpath, set without /Volumes/EFI but only: from WIKI: Image - Path to a custom image file. Search path is root directory of entry volume, theme directory, clover directory, clover volume root directory, and finally os icon names. /EFI/CLOVER/themes/....... blah blah blah

68x
I have the sleep issue where the scren goes black, and the acitivy LEDs and fans stay turn on. tluck
@68x - this has been an ongoing issue for T420 users also. perhaps more focus was put on shutdown hanging vs sleep hang - which are very similar - (which but on occasion i get a sleep hang. i think there are 4 things added in this area: (enable each by set to true) HaltEnabler - set SLP_SMI_EN=0 at early start.FixShutdown_0004 - prevent set SLP_SMI_EN=1 at _PTS with Arg0=5 (shutdown)SuspendOverride - extend this fix to Arg0=3,4,5 (also sleep and suspend)SlpSmiAtWake - set SLP_SMI_EN=0 at method _WAK, so at every wake up. the 1st one, i hear, can be a bit dangerous. the 2nd 2 fixes focus on with what _PTS is does for the various states. The clover fix as i understand it after looking at DSDT patches, essentially makes _PTS a no-op for states 5, and 3,4 respectively. the 4th is similar but set SLPE to zero in _WAK too. The approach we use for shutdown is we set the SLPE bit to 0 in _PTS when Arg=0x05 (shutdown mode). perhaps we need examine more closely what is happening for 0x03 (sleep) too? Note: i tried SlpSmiAtWake true - it would try to wake then sleep then try to wake and sleep. (perhaps logic error or timing issue). so results may vary. 68x
@68x - this has been an ongoing issue for T420 users also. perhaps more focus was put on shutdown hanging vs sleep hang - which are very similar - (which but on occasion i get a sleep hang. i think there are 4 things added in this area: (enable each by set to true) HaltEnabler - set SLP_SMI_EN=0 at early start. FixShutdown_0004 - prevent set SLP_SMI_EN=1 at _PTS with Arg0=5 (shutdown) SuspendOverride - extend this fix to Arg0=3,4,5 (also sleep and suspend) SlpSmiAtWake - set SLP_SMI_EN=0 at method _WAK, so at every wake up. the 1st one, i hear, can be a bit dangerous. the 2nd 2 fixes focus on with what _PTS is does for the various states. I see. Thankfully, I have HaltEnabler disabled. Thank you for clearing it up. My issue right now is, where should I add the proper keys to the config.plist? Going from where HaltEnabler is located, it should be under ACPI? But the changelog clearly states that it should be inn the DSDT section.
