cvad
BDUtility.exe v2.1.2017rev.021b: The BDU default save path is now saved as a relative path, i.e. ". \", which is useful for removable disks; Updating the Recovery HD list is disabled (temporarily, because the set of files in the SUCatalog has changed); The download list for Recovery HD is fixed in the program (it is possible to add new URLs to BDUtility.ini); It's possible to do FreeDos boot disk with Volkov Commander; Minor changes and improvements. cvad
Hello. I have a "minor" issue that seems to be unable to update Clover... Any way to fix it? Best regards. This is usually a temporary sourceforge server error.
timofonic
@cvad It's not so temporary here at least. I tried it tons of times after the post and tried it again right now. This is the output, virtually identical... Any way to fix it? Please....

talebabatto
Hello, first of all thank you for this tool as I don't have a mac/hack right now and I need to reinstall High Sierra on my PC in dual boot. Thank you! Now let's talk about what happened when I tried to extract the HFS+ partition from .dmg file: when I try to use the tool a cmd window pops up then a string named 5.hfs appears with a percentage. When the string reaches 100% the error pops up. The created file named 5.hfs is 3.93GB P.S. I downloaded the DMG file from the official apple site (1,93GB)
timofonic
Sorry for confusion. My note was aimed at @cvad. Don't worry. I thought you were part of the BDUtility development team Meanwhile, I need to look for an alternative. I have access to Linux too...

timofonic
Check winhttp proxy: C:\>netsh winhttp show proxy Y:\>netsh winhttp show proxy Current WinHTTP proxy settings: Direct access (no proxy server). I also tried to manually feed BDUtility with Clover, but isn't detected... What's wrong? Can you give me a hint? Please... If you have some time to check this, I'm at #insanelymac chat right now Thanks in advance

timofonic
The structure of the BDU-Ready Clover ZIP archive: Read the pm. I replied your pm So it's not the default structure, but it gets certain files from here and there and generates a new .zip file without the .iso and such but plain zipfile with the files on it. I thought it was just the default downloaded file from Sourceforge downloads in Clover project and didn't require to be processed. Where are "boot6" and "boot7" files from? usr\standalone\i386\x64 ? And where's "boot" file from?

About Clover catalog content please see the appropriate topics in the forum. Good luck. Edited March 3, 2018 by cvad
cvad
How to make Clover BDU-ready zip-archive. C:\MakeCloverBDUReadyZip.bat Usage MakeCloverBDUReadyZip.bat CloverISO-XXXX.tar.lzma P.S. The Sourceforge site is often in a disaster recovery mode and requires the use of javascript to work. You can dl CloverISO-XXXX.tar.lzma via browser and prepare BDUReadyZip manually. Edited March 23, 2018 by cvad
