themacmeister Posted October 19, 2015 Share Posted October 19, 2015 "sleep and the internal Speakers" <---- These have to be working if you are using my DSDT and the ToshibaHDA.kext for audio, remember to erase AppleHDA.kext and the caches (System/library/caches/com.apple.boot.caches/startup) Just so you know, Mirone's kext works fine with sleep and internal speakers. I was wrong, it saves the slider position, but backlight doesn't change with the slider, at least not without the required DSDT edit. Unfortunately the shutdown bug, and other small things has led me to get rid of this wonderful laptop... :-( I might return to Mavericks/Yosemite on the Aspire 4752 :-( Cheers for everything...
