Planning on buying a new Lenovo Laptop for OSx86 - any objections hardware-wise?

I've been browsing all over this forum for almost a whole week now in order to get the gist of osx86 Since I've been planning to buy a Laptop for my University-stuff, I thought I might wanna try out to use Mac OSx86 as well. At the moment, my favourite laptop's the Lenovo L530. Before I place the order, I wondered if the hardware is "usable" for OSx 86:

As far as I'm concerned, CPU, GPU, Ram, HDD and Display should be supported. The Wifi-Card is not as far as I know. Besides that, a little tweaking (how little, I can just guess) should get it running, right?
