nbat
First of all, great work Bronya on you mach_kernel_rc4 for 10.9.5. Only with your kernel I have no glitches in desktop names Been testing all of them available. Also I tried to use your boot file, no go had to reinstall Chameleon. On the other hand, I have one little problem while using your kernel. It's related to my SATA DVD-RW. It works after boot up process for a while, when I don't use it, lets say half an hour, it goes to sleep, and I can't access it anymore, OS can't wake him up, so that affects my programs such as Parallels Desktop, DVD creator, Toast and others who use it. In most cases I have app not responding. so I tested with kernel 10.9.5 FX_RC2 from hackintoshosx, not sure who wrote it, here is the version: Darwin MBPs-MacBook-Pro.local 13.4.0 Darwin Kernel Version 13.4.0: Mo 13 Okt 2014 19:49:18 CEST; george:xnu-2422.115.4_FX_rc2/BUILD/obj/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64 With that kernel everything works, exept desktop names are corrupted!!! Big issue for me, as I work DTP from home. So I don't have that problem with DVD, after few hours of work I can still access my dvd, he wakes up and everything is ok. Now I have 2 kernels which I use on my primary machine, that one, and yours. Here are my specs: AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P rev1.0 16GB DDR3 1333Mhz nVidia GeForce GTS 250 (Asus) (web driver) Sound Blaster Audigy 4 (kxproject) 3 HDD, WinXP x64 (Gaming), WD Black 500GB (Windows 7), SSD (Mavericks 10.9.5) Pioneer DVD-RW DVR221 Chameleon Bootloader 2.3 svn r2625 Using Custom DSDT.aml

Turntablist
Starting to think that it's not kernel issue. I'm using voodoohda, but the panics started before i installed that kext. I'm reinstalling system now. I'll let you know what i get tomorrow.

nbat
ok, i've tested Your two new kernels Bronya. Both of them are OK for me. No issues so far. Acrobat working, SignaStation Working, Parallels Desktop working, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator also working without any issues. Also Google Chrome is now my favourite browser once again. All in all, excellent job on mach_kernel_rc5. Thank You so much. One more thing, since I've had problems with my DVD drive, I explored a bit more because it was irritating, and I found a solution. Problem was in System Performances/Energy saver, Put hard disks to sleep when possible, it was ON, now it's OFF and my DVD works fine now, even after 3 hours of not using it. It's a quick fix, but if anyone would have same problems here is the solution. So, after long time Your kernel is my personal favourite for 10.9.5, all others are good, but this one is EXCELLENT !!! I Recommend !!! Thanks again.
