Andy , yes work fine , i tested !!!

But why other programm is code signing in crash ? I see in code signing - maybe kevent64 - it is syscall is no compatible with sysenter ? )))

No, don't think so.

It also crashes and reboots on my Intel rig on code signature failure.

It seems as if it gets loaded, something in the system invalidates it and next the unavoidable reboot.

Maybe securityd?

If I remove all sigs, it loads fine though :o

I should ask a buddy of mine with a lot of computers for that old AMD rig he has lying around.

Would be very useful as I don't have an AMD rig...

It might... I'm compiling a new kernel now...

Try this one...

I modded the routines in the wait queues

Here it works with Andy's first successful kernel. The most relevant issue to report: no artifacts at all. Not a single one. This seems to confirm the HD5450 Silent model (dev. ID 68F91002) as the most reliable choice for 64-bit OSX with AMD CPUs to date.

I will post pictures as soon as i install network drivers on the machine. Stay tuned.

All the best!

P.S.: and it shuts down like lightning. Starting up, though...

Has anybody tried different schedulers?

sched=

Boot argument.

Values:

traditional

proto

grrr

fixedpriority

traditional_with_pset_runqueue

fixedpriority_with_pset_runqueue

Test them please, I am curious...

P.P.S.: first glitches detected: quick time movies simply refuse to open (VLC and MPlayerX do well). I took a screenshot of the notification center - which works fine without a single artifact - and the resulting image was pink - even the thumbnail. In fact, other thumbnails and screenshots seems to suffer from the issue, despite the resulting pic not to be representative of the real image displayed in Preview.app or coverflow/quick look. Safari has the soup of letters bug, but some sites are quite usable, such as Insanelymac. Uploading screenshots:

Screen Shot 2013-11-01 at 4.18.48 PM.png ---> the original screen is perfectly rendered, why isn't the screenshot accurate?

Screen Shot 2013-11-01 at 4.19.14 PM.png ---> this pic is accurate, in fact the Launchpad is simply gorgeous here;

Screen Shot 2013-11-01 at 4.19.03 PM.png --> another accurate pic. Notice file preview works as should;

Screen Shot 2013-11-01 at 4.38.41 PM.png --> inaccurate: Safari's start screen is properly displayed, but appears pink in the screenshot. To enable debug in Safari's menu bar, run the terminal commands defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeInternalDebugMenu -bool TRUE (credits to Duran Keeley);

Screen Shot 2013-11-01 at 4.43.25 PM.png --> screenshot of an accurate screenshot being opened by Preview.app. This pic is inaccurate: the real image is displayed properly by Preview.

I'll keep on reporting!

And the latest?
I am curious to compare...

I'll try this kernel extensively first, for the sake of an unbiased comparison. :)

With latest (and previous ones as well) on my 5770 I have not gotten any differing color issues; screenshots or otherwise... almost all issues are that they are either non-rendered or garbled.

I was wrong this is Andys's kernel rc4...

and sound has been working all the time but probably because I've got a USB dongle for sound

Yeah... I get the very same issues in ML..... no openGL rendering above GL 1.4 but I do get somewhat garbled images or non rendered but not color issues on 10.9.
