I never see the black windows with white words. I see just bootloader and when i boot with flag -v it apperas "Restart: not an intel platform!" and it reboots.

Why?

 

I created a bootable with pandora and I just replaced the kernel and corecrypt.kext in S/L/Extensions

Did you repair permissions after replacing the kernel and corecrypto.kext? And did you wrote "mach_kernel" or "amd_kernel" and then "-v" before you boot?

Yes, I know, it sound stupid, but you did it? :D

 

EDIT: Maybe you should try myhack instead of pandora? Just for test?

what about gfx and what is your gfx card name ? :)

I already finished my setup, but couldnt boot to desktop

It stuck at "IOBluetoothHCIController".

You already boot to desktop ?

Did your cpu amd FX too ?

Now it boot to desktop after inserting nullcpu + fakesmc :)

My gfxcard is ati 6870

In openGL Ekstension Viewer detected as AMD radeon barts xt prototype open.

 

Now, im enjoying the Maverick's wave on my pc

After I gave up yesterday, I figured I'd give the kernel testing another go. I'm still running into the same problem. When all of the kexts finishes loading, all I get is a black screen, no white text, so I can't even tell if its panicing or not. I've tried flags: cpus=1 GraphicsEnabler=No/Yes, npci=0x200 PCIRootUID=0, I've also tried copying NVIDIA kexts from my ML partition to the USB installer (created with myHack). I've never seen anything like this, so if anyone has any idea what I'm doing wrong, I would really appreaciate it.

yes, there are some artefact like folder name is gone, for safari i havent test yet.

but the artefact can totally be tolerated now haha :D

Yep. Kext Wizard has that kind of option. Or you can use "Repair permissions" in Disk Utility in your OS :) That's easy man, you should read about it, then you can test :)

try to make  usb installer again 

short guide for you

 

first restore basesystem.dmg to usb flash memory

then copy packages folder to system / installation 

then copy mach_kernel to flash memory

then setup latest chameleon boot loader on your flash memory with out cuztomization 

then put this extra folder to flash memory

no need for that 

as on boot plist

UseKernelCache=No all kext will loaded and ignore caches :)

 

thinks for your info!!! :)

after first boot and restart, is possible to boot on UseKernelCache=Yes? but is fastest on Yes lol
