Francis Forget
Hi Everyone, I have an HP Pavilion DV5 1133ca, I Just installed iATKOS 10.7.2 with kext and driver, I also updated it to 10.7.4 and almost everything work fine. My Wi-Fi is not working cause it's the Intel 5100 model, and also my CD/DVD drive won't work. It's a Notebook, so it's integrated in, and i Know it's a SATA Drive. In System Preference it says that it's an Unknown Drive it's written in French as ''Inconnu'' Cause i'm french. If you guys could help me to fix the Cd/DVD Drive problem ! Thanks ! Gringo Vermelho
The drive itself is not important. You must find out what make and model SATA controller the drive is attached to, then find a driver for it. Francis Forget
Wow I'm not that good with Hackintosh :S. Can you help me do that cause i really wan't to use the DVD Drive. I know that in my BIOS i can't touch SATA to put it as AHCI. It's probably because it's a notebook, but my HDD work, so the DVD Drive should work !
