djrokas
Are my PC Specs compatible to run OSx86 above 10.6? And if they are, which is the best method to install OSx86?. Specs are: Pentium 4 3.0Ghz (HT), Intel D915GEV, Geforce GTS 250, 4GB RAM. Thank you. Gringo Vermelho
You cannot run Lion on a Pentium 4/Pentium D due to lack of SSSE3 (not SSE3, note the extra S) instructions. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSSE3 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279833-are-my-pc-specs-compatible/#findComment-1827198 Share on other sites

And if it would could someone give step by step instructions, cause i searched and some instructions were with chameleon bootloader or something and some were without it and i dont know which to choose. buoo
Indeed, you can try iAtkos S3 V2. Very important is don't forget to choose the Legacy kernel when you install it. How can i see that last line, because as soon as it appears the screen turns black. djrokas
So, i tried to boot it into safe mode and it is still stuck, but when i booted it with -v -x i was fast enough and captured the last lines. Efi inject get devprop string NULL trying stringdata. The next line was: No SMBIOS replacement found. The next line: Patched DMI Table. The next line: No DSDT replacement found. Leaving ACPI data as is. The last line: Starting Darwin x86.
