Shaker
hi everyone, i'm running snow leopard 10.6.0 sometimes when i use Utorrent or when i close softwares like safari or itunes while i'm running others like amsn my hackintosh freezes and i can't do anything , the cursor turns into the spinnig wheel and just stays that way. even when i try force quiting apps with "windows button+Alt+escape" doesn't solve it. i then have to reboot the maching using the power button. any suggestions? config: intel pentium 4 (3.0ghz) ,620mb of RAM and no video card Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/278522-freeze-problem/ Share on other sites
eep357
software update to at least 10.6.3 before messing with anything. This may not fix your problem, but at least gives you a good base to start from, don't waste your time trying to get 10.6.0 perfect, cause you may have to do it all again once you update. Many apps will require 10.6.3 or newer along with many of the different "fixes". And Transmission's better Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/278522-freeze-problem/#findComment-1816588 Share on other sites
