Hi all. Been registered to InsanelyMac for a few years now but never really had a part in the community here because my old Haswell Hackintosh was working mostly OOB.

Sadly my old mobo died a few weeks ago so I bought new parts such as an I7 8700k. Got my new Hackintosh working now thanks to this topic

Hope I can help others as well.

Cheers.

First got into hackintoshes when I installed Snow leopard on my crappy prebuilt Dell in 2012. I was completely clueless about mac os x and computers in general, so I used tonycrap's ripoffbeast. But over the last six years I learned about Unix, learned to program in C and to kind of understand x86 assembly. So looking for a new challenge I install macOS on my new Ryzen PC and I'm currently trying to make the AMD hackintosh "experience" as smooth as possible.

Hello together,

i'm new to Hackintosh, but i try my best. Got the first System to work, with some Guides. But it is freezing randomly. So i googled and was landing here ;)

And MadL0n has a good Guide and is helping, when it is possible. So hopefully i'll get rid of the problem and can keep my macOS :-)

Hello fellow OSX fans.

Im new to the Hackintosh world, about 6 months.

Love Macs, however, until Apple releases a decent tower I am forced to an alternative.  I find this a very interesting hobby. The parts for my Gaming build will be here today, I cant wait to install OSX on it! :)
