Hi All,

 

I'm IIMKI, (if it moves kill it), gaming and computers are a hobby for me.  I have used windows for a long time and have always wondered if I would like a mac.  Well not being loaded I decided to find out about Mac's by building a my own.  I really had no idea what I was getting myself into....   That was two weeks ago and I now have a partial working Hackintosh.  I now have a little box that is sucking the life out of me.  I had no idea how hard this was going to be for me but I knew that I wanted to put some distance between myself and windows.  Well I think I have managed that much.  After many hours of work and a lot of head scratching I am realizing that I need help and will probably never be able to get this right on my own.  So if you would not mind to much having a old dude ask dumb questions I would like to participate in your forum.  Old newbie but willing to learn.

i'm a total noob with anything mac, some linux, many windows. can understand some scripting logic, but can't code for the life of me.
