Hello. They told me this was free real sex forum. Nah! Just joking.

I have:

 • Macbook pro (the real thing)
 • HP D7100CMT hackintosh with WiFi, 3d aceleration, sound and no patched DSDT. Everything works but Front Row. Crashes when i go there.
 • Lenovo Thinkpad T410 2252-EM2 with Nvidia that is getting in my nerves. When I install, after first reboot everything is fine. After kexts and the works, it runs as slow as snails. Not fast enought to open windows.

I come here looking for knowledge and sharing my knowledge.

Hi all.

Tried getting a virtualisation MAC working on a windows host, but the thing ran too slowly...

Bought a load of parts and built my own.

Asus Sabertooth x58 Mainboard (BIOS updated to 0802)

i7 950 CPU

DDR3 1800 MHZ Ram (4Gb) (Currently addressing an issue with compatibility, memory running at 1066)

Kingston and OCZ SSD. 128Gb. Kingston is the Primary, OCZ as the secondary drive.#

NVidia 9800GT 1Gb graphics card

ThermalTake 750w PSU

Armour Case

Optiarc (generic) DVD drive

Installed the Snow Leopard Hazard 10.6.6 using the ##### boot loader.

Easy installation (especially compared to trying to get an AMD machine going)

Audio and Ethernet required ##### to get going properly.

Only remaining problems are excessive initial boot times and inability to shut down \ restart.... I believe this is due to the graphics card... working on a fix...
