Gringo Vermelho
You can't be serious. What's it to you if he calls his timer Ninja...or fluffy rabbit. Fakesmc is a gift and it's essential to a working Hackintosh. Enjoy it while it lasts and please don't bother the few active developers that we still have with insignificant things like names of functions in their code, that's ridiculous.
magnifico
hey man, are very serious and do not want to disturb anyone, I'm just asking a question, I know very well the developer and thanks for the work he does in this community. Gringo Vermelho
Ninjas are all around us, but you have to be Ninja yourself to detect their presence. I'm relaxed. Maybe I would be upset if Kozlek had made it a "Hitler timer". As a moderator supervisor I cannot allow any objections towards the word Ninja or Ninjas in general, nor other personal and largely inoffensive decisions made by developers of code that we all depend on. Now let's get back to the topic at hand.

It's Apple's name for some sort of SMC timer etc. I tried to see if OS X still using it for some reason or not.

oSxFr33k
Latest binary version works great just one issue. NvClockxx kernel panic with ML 10.8 Golden Preview but NouveauSensors work just fine. It even picks the correct vram size. Maybe I cannot run nvclockxx and NouveauSensors? Is that why I get the kernel panic? Asus Gamers Laptop G74sx 2nd generation sandy bridge with 3gb GTX 560m mobile graphics. Chimera 1.10.0 only is reading 1.536Gb but many applications see 3gb such as Open Gl Viewer etc. Do you think Chameleon or Chimera Branch need to update? I think I should remove NVClockX from the project. It will never be updated, and new nvidia sensors driver seems works even better.

DeskIDE
For some reason I'm not able to get temps right next to the icon, only a long list of sensors once you click the icon. Any ideas what might be wrong ? I was able to do this with older version of Hwmonitor and Lion, not having any luck so far with latest HWSensors and 10.8. oSxFr33k
Found out the hard way that HWSensors , not branch related, but in general the sensors do not like to be put in /extra/extensions but rather in /system/library/extensions specifically fakesmc. I would boot once then the second time fakesmc would not load therefore dsmos waiting. Only way to get it to boot every time with the sensors in /extra/extensiosn was to boot with -v -f. So now that I put everything in /s/l/e my boot time is only 10-15 seconds nice!!
