patpanda
Hey everybody! I got my hackintosh working for more than a year but now my harddisk has some errors. It gets stuck again and again. I've copied my HDD and started the new one from usb (chameleon starts from the old HDD)! Everything worked fine! But I cant remember how to install chameleon right... The kexts should be one the Hdd...am I right? So I thought I just need chameleon installed to the bootsector. But if I install it my system gets stuck! Do I need to install something else? My system: Gigabyte GA-P35 DS4 C2Q Q9950 4 GIG CORSAIR RAM NVIDIA 6600GT Hope someone can help me. Gringo Vermelho
If you don't mind, what was the difference between Chameleon installed to your hard drive and Chameleon installed to your USB stick? It would be helpful to other users if you could describe what you did to fix your issue, otherwise your topic serves no purpose.
