rob1980
sad Your best bet is to list all of your system specs, vendor IDs etc, as much info as you can, then search for each individual component on google to see if they are compatible with hackintosh, only then will you know what is, and what is not compatible. cpu graphics ethernet wifi Those components would be a good start to look up

rob1980
No, I'm using clover now. That possibly explains why your update was straight forward just like my elite book, Im using clover to patch AICPUPM Apple RTC and ApplHDA, so didn't have to patch anything on mine, but I imagine something will need doing when using chameleon. You installed the UEFI bios now then?

Based on your screenshots your BIOS is detecting that you have /EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi file on your Kingston USB drive and when you select this UEFI: entry from Boot Manager it actually starts UEFI. So UEFI is working for you ..
