I looked into my desktop NVIDIA vbios, and it works in squre small resolution even on HDMI before the system boots. The only thing that supports native resolution during pre-boot is UEFI. I can remeber on my friend laptop lenvo idea pad y570 the notebook under windows 7 worked with native resolution with out driver nearly i didnt investivgated his bios but we can get bios update of it and see intel vbios of it and see what is done for veda mode Mountain Lion on APP STPRE here is bios of Y 570 IQY0206AX64.exe what do you mean with uefi --> the uefi on bios or you mean clover bootloader clover doesnt support our vest mode Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
