pontifex22
Got a strange problem. Since updating to 10.7.2 my system gets stuck 3 times out of 4 while booting up. Just at the moment the boot screen (or verbose screen) switches to the login screen my LCD looses its signal (black screen). I had that kind of problem before when trying the 10.7.2 betas, but managed to solve it by deleting the boot caches. But now I tried everything possible without success. The weird thing is on one occasion it boots up perfectly without me changing anything, the next time it gets stuck. I see no pattern there! Since 10.5.4 I always had a (almost) flawless system. Anyone expierienced similar?

Raulllll
Just updated. Replaced Applehda with one working from 10.7.1. No errors or KP on startup but now all videos are very choppy, sound is rather crackly too. All other graphics work fine, just video playback is broke. fpdesigner
HP Z600 workstation. Upgrade process went fine, reboot failed. Intel AHCI driver info.plist changed. Had to boot my original install USB flash drive into the installer, and re-add the entry for the Intel AHCI RAID controller (Apple only has the IO id for the non-raid version). Once I added in the correct entry, it booted fine and I'm now using 10.7.2. what's your video card model ? Have you update to 10.7.
