On my Lion system at the moment isnt working, maybe I have some plugins installed causing the system to auto sleep (having lots of them, especially Photoshop plugins) Just want to make sure is it everybody having auto sleep ploblem with Lion or just me. Thanks I find out , it was AppleHDA preventing into go to timed sleep, always working in console with sound assertion. Attualmente seppur in modo molto rozzo sono riuscito a portare la risoluzione a tutto schermo, in pratica ho creato con OSx86 Tools Utility una stringa EFI selezionando la 8800 Ultra come base, ho inserito la stringa nel org.chameleon.Boot.plist e infine ho utilizzato un kext fix per la mia 295 a singolo pcb. Il risultato è soddisfacente, almeno ora riesco a lavorare a tutto schermo. Per l'audio invece sto utilizzando il VoodooHDA e per adesso non ci sono problemi gravi se non una distorsione quando inserisco e disattivo il muto...Farò comunque un tentativo con il DSDT da te postato. Edit: ho provato con il DSDT di iFabio71 rimuovendo la stringa EFI e il fix kext che utilizzavo ma sfortunatamente il sistema si pianta in avvio nello stesso punto del mio precedente screen... Mi carica da USB, parte il bootloader,carica i file,ma ad un certo punto nn viene + inviato segnale video e a monitor nn vedo più niente....stessa cosa in modalità Verbose. uso una Radeon HD6850(mi pare di aver capito che dovrebbe essere riconosciuta direttamente in OSX Lion) collegata in HDMI al monitor (ho provato anche il collegamento VGA ma nn cambia nulla) qualche idea? Andromeda Posted July 24, 2011 Share Posted July 24, 2011 Ovviamente su Rampage III Extreme manco a parlarne di poterlo installare vero? dico cio' perchè, oltre a non essere nel elenco delle schede, con tale mobo è risultato IMPOSSIBILE anche installare snow leopard (ho provato per mesi seguendo decine di guide e tweaks senza successo), quindi presumo sara' la stessa zolfa con Lion... Meno male che almeno sul netbook (asus 1201n) non ho avuto di questi problemi, pero' mi scoccia e non poco non poter vedere tale os sul mio PC che è na bestiolina mica da ridere P.S. When using the Applehda(by your method), everything works perfect exept the auto sleep, the Applehda always check for the sound assertion error - its in the console logs very often , maybe every minute or so, and preventing the system to go to auto sleep. Seine Dudeheit Posted July 24, 2011 Share Posted July 24, 2011 thx ermac! seems like trusting in your skills paid off another time! the only problem i was facing was the audio. i simply placed the VoodooHDA.kext into the extensions folder and everything worked fine! sleep works as well! but after a while iam facing another problem. my system was stable using THIS 123boot guide for snow leopard, but using the lion guide iam experiencing some network problems, without changing anything in the BIOS: 1. AirDrop isnt available in Finder and there is no option for activating it. 2. A simple question... In the process you describe... have you do a backup of your previous AppleHDA.kext? Because if you replace a generic (not patched) AppleHDA.kext obviously the audio can't work! With the USB install process ( I suppose you do that in your working Snow Leopard partition), based on your selection (motherboard selection) the audio file (the AppleHDA.kext) will be patched&binpatched directly into the recovered (into the USB) Base System so... or you Re-copy the AppleHDA from the USB (Base System) and put it in your (Lion) S/L/E end rebuild the cache... or you have to patch it from scratch... (we talk about AppleHDA not VodooHDA just to clarify) there is a file missed... a Info .plist The process of binpatching is ok the layout12.xml and Platforms.xml also ok but is missed a file without it the mic not work! So into the Base archive navigate into--> Base/AD2000B_LION/Info.plist the Info.plist file need to be replaced in /System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleHDAHardwareConfigDriver.kext/Contents/Info.plist enjoy... Da come dici intendo che stai usando il VodooHDA e non AppleHDA la procedura è questa : elimini il VodooHDA che trovi in S-L-E Dentro la cartella Base V 1.3 troviamo la cartella AD2000B_LION che serve per la tua scheda S-L-E AppleHDA e sostituiamo i 3 file plist con quelli della cartella AD2000B seguendo questo percorso : System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext/Contents/Resources/layout12.xml System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext/Contents/Resources/Platforms.xml System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleHDAHardwareConfigDriver.kext/Contents/Info.plist Ultima cosa da Terminale digita questo comando : sudo kextcache -v 1 -a i386 -a x86_64 -m /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/Extensions.mkext /System/Library/Extensions Riavvia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
