mk97000
Just to confirm.. This method also works on GIGABYTE EX58-UD5 The only thing I do is install chameleon from my kakewalk 2.2 in order to add all my motherboard needs and then run chameleon Rc5 1003. I have everything working. Thanks for tutorial!!!
snifferpro
Still Win Fan I noticed in your instructions that you have two step 5's and two step 6's. Are your steps supposed to run consecutively from 1 to 9? Thanks

snifferpro
Followed guide and successfully installed Lion on my Asus P5Q3. No sound but everything seems to work. How do I get my disk drives to show op on the desktop? Haven't tried too much but I did clone my install to a backup partition. Will do some more experimenting to see what works and what doesn't. Thanks for a great guide.

You need to replace the "OSInstall.mpkg" in the "System/Installation/Packages" with the patched version and make sure that you use the correct version according to the DP version. The DP4 should work fine with the GM version. Hope this help.
