Lion boots fine with ##### - but then USB mouse and keyboard don't work! I don't know why! Please help! (Tried changing BIOS settings)

I've been trying to boot of #####.

I can get to the restored base system partition, it loads the drivers and then shows this:

I have no idea what to do.

I've tried several boot flags.

I've got an Asus P5GZ-MX. Really puzzled.

Would appreciate if anyone could help.

If you want to restore your system from a time machine backupo click restore from backup!

You need to delete PlatformSupport.plist from the install disk you made.

both is yes...however you might install without any password so it's possible to use a black market version of Lion :)

;) ? i dont understand !!

to acquire a beta version of Lion, yes you need to have a count developer, but to install it on your PC, no !!!

Have you installed fakesmc in S/L/E after lion installation? if you have another partition with Snow leopard you can install your kexts from there in that dir, remember to change folder and kext permission of the new ones before to reboot. cheers

lion doesn't start because it doesn't load/find fakesmc, there are a few comands that you have to type in order to add fakesmc.kext in S/L/E from your bootloader (XPC or #####), than you should ready to go, although i don't remember the exact procedure now, try to find it in this or another lion related installation threads... cheers
