dlee2011
It's strange... 'About This Mac' show a Core Duo as my processor, but the 'System Profiler' is right with the Pentium D. Could i possibly get that wallpaper?

bonestonne
just updated to 10.4.10 yesterday. the background i made in gimp after 2 hours of rendering the many images that its made of, but i'll probably be going back to my tux because i liked it that much. list of issues: -still no reading of RAM speed -recognizes CPU as Core 2 Duo, its just a Pentium D...oddly enough, About This Mac reports it correctly -"no display connected" [doesn't recognize my monitor, however operates it at max resolution] -has problems during boot, can take several tries before the OS will actually load at grey apple screen -issues burning. recognizes blank media upon insertion, however i'm unable to burn or eject blank media...already burned media has no issues. aside from that its good.
