hey there I am hoping one of you geniuses can help me get sleep working. I need WOL for my purposes

the system:

z8na-d6c

2 Xeon e5520's

12 MB 1333 kingston ECC ddr3 ram

7200 80Gb 2.5 sata drive

10.6.4

Chameleon 2 RC5 rev. 629

DSDT from Peach-os

only FakeSMC, EvOreboot, and IOACHIBlockStorageInjector in Extensions

****all /Extra Files and kexts used are attached below

I used ##### and ##### to get the thing going. and used this guide as a reference:

(which also documents the sleep troubles) props to Peach-os !!

Everything is working nicely accept for sleep. I tried the all sleep enabler kexts, but they are no good. The screengoes to sleep fine, but If i choose sleep from the menu, the system goes down, fans stay on, and cant come back. Also I noticed that when i choose sleep the DVD drive makes noise. if i let the system time alone, after the screen goes to sleep and it tries to go into hibernation, one of two things happens. If I have no CD in the tray the DVD drive makes a noise and the system never moves to deep sleep. If there is a disk in the drive it gets all screwed up and fans stay on but it wont come back. after reading through the following threads:

I started to think has more to do with P-states and especially C-states. I have I started messing around with RC5 and the p-state and C state generations. Chameleon bdmesg tells me that C-states are generated, but P-states fail. However, If I use the DSDT and set "DropSSDT = No" I can see in the IOReg that some kind of P-states are generated...!!?? also AppleLPC.kext and AppleHPET.kext do load.

I think maybe what i need to do is get a SSDT with proper tables set up for the e5520s sleep states, and have this inserted by Chameleon with DropSSDT = yes option and genarteCstates and P states = yes. i believe i can put the modified SSDT table in the extra folder and have chameleon pick it up.

Am I on the right track? can someone help me get a proper SSDT table setup if that is what i need. Or maybe just some DSDT edits might work. as I said I used Peach-os 's DSDT because I have never done any DSDT edits,

I have attached a zip file with a bunch of Info:

-screenshots of system info

-Extra folder with current DSDT,cab.plist, smbios, and Kexts used

-results (IOReg screenshots and bdmesgs) from running RC5 boots with DSDT, without DSDT, drop=yes, and drop=no

I am a graphic Designer/3d and 2d animator so if anybody can help me get this working maybe I can trade favors

Sorry for the noobness, but I have tried to do my homework.......

Thanks Community!!
