iMaurice
i had that problem and to fix it, i had to uncheck some stuff under intel and amd updates, so that only the combo update and intel.sse3 is checked, and to not have more than 1 partition in the hard drive i hope that makes sense, worked for me
Rammjet
Two thoughts: 1) Are you sure your processor is SSE3? 2) The selections in the first picture look good. But is there anything else selected down below those that we can't see?
balamandon
my processor is SSE3, SO THAT'S NOT THE PROBLEM AND UNCHECK THE 10.4.6. COMBO CAUSE IT'S FOR AMD, AND NOTHING THE SAME

solaar
I've got a really weird suspicion - have you tried to install it in English? Just worth a try I reckon... Has the Spanish version ever been 100% tested and 'approved'? l8r sol

Rammjet
Sometimes it means there is a problem with reading the install DVD - either the DVD reader couldn't keep up with the data flow or there is something wrong with the DVD. Past recommendations have been to reburn the DVD at the slowest speed. And if that doesn't work, see if you can borrow another DVD reader. Sometimes, updating the firmware of the DVD reader has helped. Make sure the hard drive and the DVD drive are on the same ATA chain and the hard drive is jumpered to master and the DVD drive is jumpered to slave.
