Chrystopher
Hello! I'd like to ask for help again coz' I have a few problems with using dsdt. I'm too dumb to understand how to apply patches or anything else. I've downloaded ubuntu and started it from a cd and extracted the dsdt from it and decomplied it with iasl or what. I've attached the .zip (contains .dsl and .aml both) They're non-touched. Could somebody make it useable on osx please? Thanks a lot. manmal
-----QUOTE (manmal @ Feb 6 2011, 08:58 PM) hi Mald0n, thanks for your dsdt-auto-patcher! i tried to apply it at my gf's laptop (acer 7720g) using the 5920g model in your dsdt-patcher. It seems quite fine, but i have 2 problems : 1) I don't have audio working (i have alc262 codec). I found an alc262 codec patch and legacy, but i have mic working, but no speakers and/or headphones. I have codec_dump of my audio if you wanna give a look ... perhaps some nodes have to be modified... 2) wake after sleep doesn't work ... but hibernate works. Any way to fix it ? Thanks! ----- send me your DSDT and kextstat hi, do you need your sendit script result ? I attach also my codec audio extracted from linux... and dsdt unpatched, and patched one,if you need it.
