Can you help me to enable powermenagement?

I use RC5 750 with Pstate and Cstate but my processor standing still 1500 MHz i need 2500 MHz.

After ioreg -lw0 | grep PerformanceStateArray i got this:

Install the nVidia Fermi drivers

Edit the distribution file inside the mpkg and remove the check, or add MacBookPro6,2 to the list of supported models

-show package contents

-edit distribution.dist

* Copy the mpkg to the desktop, if you edit it inside the dmg you won't be able to save the changes

Nothing happends !

 

try clean install

 

-Copy Extra folder first post to root of the HD

-Copy DSDT to Extra folder

-Install Chameleon RC5

reboot

Thanks MaLd0n ! I changed smbios.plist from iMac 8,1 to MacPro 3,1... now works perfect ! Thanks !!!!

remove

 

Add in boot.plist

why you should use the boot.plist?

i removed the sleepenabler kext and now no KP, but sleep issue is the same.

Hey Guys, It's me again ;)

 

I have stuck on W7 coz' can't get osx boot since I put a VTX 3D Radeon HD 5670 into my config.

 

I have tried fresh istalls and a lot of things.

 

I have extracted my dsdt under windwows with "iasl -g" and I've attached it to my post.

 

Please fix it for me. This is my last chance and idea to get booted to my system with full QE/CI. I don't wanna trade it for an equal nvidia one.

sorry to bother, but i have one more little problem with shutdown,

i don't know what caused this, but at some point during this mac time, my pc was totally worked like a charm, i have sleep with 99.9% no issues (now with the lan driver you gave me it perfect on that aspect)

but 2 strange things happened while using the osx here,

first (which i already post something like 2 month earlier) i lost the autosleep, which is no real biggy cause there are workarounds (but still strange, checked with fresh install with or without any hardware other then the necessary, even got far as to try with or without led connected, or with the all q connector, in short, i think i tried everything, somehow it gone)

 

second one start happening not so long ago, my restart/shutdown is partial working, which was never happened to me even with leopard with no dsdt.

sometimes it's going great as usual, sometime it's just stuck on a black screen until i reset it manually

 

if u can help will be great if not, nevermind cause you already did so much!

I've been playing for 6 hours or so, without success.

I have Device GFX0 ubder PCIO, when i tried to update that and delete PEGP , compiling error

Also I have tried to move the PEGP inot POP2, no success ,No Graphics Injection

Im confused, i have device VGA ubde POP2, also device GFXO - what shoul stay, what shoul be updated - I have no Idea

Also HDAU is present as device (under device VGA), should it be only once present or twice.

I know You wanna make me learn, im willing to also - but this is simply to much for me

Try with clean install

send me DSDT

 

restart --> Chameleon RC5, Shutdown --> DSDT

 

...

 

if the devices are already

just the _DSM

facilitate things and use GraphicsEnabler=Yes + drivers fermi

 

I'm with a lot of work

You need to test

I'm not sure about it(Nvidia 420M)

the result is the same(DSDT or GraphicsEnabler)

tried 32bit mode.. but failed...:(

i really don't know how to do..

do i gotta give it up........;;;? any other things you think up with...

you know how to fix the booting key press issue??

 

everytime i try to boot, i gotta press any key to continue like the captured (DEBUG_DSDT)

 

at least i wanna boot without pressing any key..

hello Maldon i have finished my testing of the Intel DP55SB has provided to the first BIOS

3822 it works perfectly at 100% even Lion it works 100%

 

Here's the dsdt for DP55SB Bios 3822, must use only this bios to have the POWER

MANAGEMENT

The dsdt includes:

HPET

IRQs

RENAMED DEVICES

SMBUS

SHUTDOWN

REMOVED DEVICES
