What happens?

 

Like I mentioned, I've been using a DSDT from another user, and I've tried editing it in the past to work on some of the issues I mentioned, however, I cannot even compile their DSDT, as it has so many errors, and I've been unable to correct them. I extracted my DSDT from Ubunto and figured I would be better off starting fresh.

 

In addition to the issues I listed, sleep does not function properly in Lion.

Could u pls help, I'm having problems with sound, tried all combinations with [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url], only time i got sound was lousy and my internal mic was noises.

Hi Mald0n, I don't know why but the DSDT Auto Patcher stopped working yesterday.

 

If i try to create a DSDT.aml for my Mobo Gigabyte Ga P35-DS3 I get several errors:

I'm running OS X Lion. But doesn't work in SL either.

now i am using latest synaptics kext from kexts.com

with this i get my keyboard and trackpad working but osx dont see them and trying to install bluetooth keyboard :D

second problem its if i delete applehpet.kext and use laptop keyboard and trackpad without TRACKPAD.SYNAPTIC-GESTURE.zip i have some kernel panics.

U have make fix for HP g62 in yout dsdt auto patcher and my its almost same but g62 have diferent bios.

Soo i think this will be no problem for u.

Hi,

 

Thank you for your hard work on this tool MaLd0n. Is there any chance HP Inglewood motherboard will be supported by the DSDT autopatcher? It's used by the TouchSmart line of PCs, runs on Intel A57 Express chipset, tech specs from HP here: http://tinyurl.com/3cueah3

My PC is :

IBM Lenovo Thinkcentre A55 - 9265.

Bios using latest version.

Chipset : Intel 946gz

Video card : onboard GMA950 ==> Detected but not perfect

Processor Intel Core2Duo 4300

ok ... so my install is booting with both graphics cards installed but won't work with GraphicsEnabler=yes PCIRootUID=1 or no PCIRootUID

 

loads and instantly kps telling me to shut down

 

without graphicsenabler boots up fine but video card detected as 3 mb no identifier

 

my only works with my dsdt in the extra folder, otherwise hangs on pci configuration ... my dsdt still has some errors in it where it tells me no hpets available but i was looking at in in dsdtse and the hpet information is there.... so i threw nullcpu back in and at least it boots

 

I am getting a compile error about _WAK and tried working on fixing it, but have no idea what im doing... so i reverted back to my original dsdt ... passing the sendme pack to you. I just want to get my system to boot and use one of the graphics cards... don't care if it even sees the second one in osx, only need it in windows.

in windows location ids are 2,3 in device manager, guessing this is different in osx...

 

I tried editing plists inside of nvhal100 kext to add device ids and tried without graphics enabler, no go

 

reverted back to original files

 

both cards are PNY GTX460 1024mb cards

Shutdown was working fine with one card, right now works fine too

 

 

 

I'm not trying to use the SLI ... i have read other members using 2 cards without sli (for extra monitors), i don't even care about the second card at all in osx to be honest...

 

If i can get it to just use one card properly, i would be happy with that...

 

I didn't have to install any drivers originally for it to work, i did a clean install of lion gm, and used graphics enabler, and bam i had working gtx460 with everything enabled...

 

tried installing the latest fermi drivers to get it to work, and nada.... only with one ,

 

I have read about PEG1 and PEG2/3 for cards in forums, but my motherboard doesn't mention any of those settings in the bios.

thats what i got when i ran the terminal command after patch .... so... how do i know if speedster is working right?

 

now i just need to figure out wtf is going on with the graphics lol

 

dsdtse has fix for dual nvidia cards... i was trying to figure out ... lost my mind when trying to figure the info to put in it
