Ah, I've been looking everywhere for something like this. I was wondering if you could please try to give my output file a shot? Not sure if I'm using a perfectly optimized DSDT atm, as my technical skills are sadly inadequate to understand all of it. I'm using an MSI MS-7235 mobo.

Hi,

I would like to ask help with my Intel DP43BF mobo.

On some reasons no one DSDT patcher works for me.

Thank you.

If you want to send me information about your system so I can make an auto-patcher for it, please download and run the attached "run_me" script and attach the "send_me.zip" file it creates on your desktop. The included data is your DSDT, a list of loaded kexts, an ioreg dump and the kernel log. If you want to see the commands it runs, just open the script with "Automator".

run_me.zip ( 66.11K )

DOWNLOAD IT ON FIRST POST.

btw nice join date 2005!

likely its bios version.. if its listed in the supported models.

MaLd0n,

Appreciate a patched DSDT from my attached send_me.zip file when you get a chance to perform your magic.

Would appreciate knowing what you end up patching in the DSDT.

It's an Asus G74SX-BBK7 Notebook (Best Buy model) with an additional 8GB of memory.

Thanks!

Hi MaLd0n,

How do I use your Auto-Patcher app to extract and patch my DSDT for use under OSX from Linux?

I have a HP Pavillion Dv6122ea

Everytime I use your app it gets to the applying patches stage and just keeps saying it.

I hope you can help me.

Thank you for your time

All the best

NSCXP2005

PS I was just wondering, would it be possible to extract the ACPI Tables under Linux just in case you need them?

dsdt.westsdad.zip

after reboot

send me a new kextstat

run on terminal

Let me know whether it is working or not

Do i still need to keep the HDAenabler / ElliottForceLegacyRTC ?

remove ElliottForceLegacyRTC

use HDAenabler or use HDEF Gigabyte

The DSDT is not original

Thank you for your reply!

But I am not quite clear about "The DSDT is not origina".

It is not possible to find dsdt for dp43bf mobo in internet.

I had to install 10.5 and made my current dsdt file with DSDTPatcherGUI_1.0.

But I as mentioned in my prevoius post it was not error free compilation of dsdt

I will provide send_me.zip later today.

I have one big issue with current dsdt. It does not have LPC so I cannot use PCI network card. I had to pached AppleBCM5701Ethernet.kext to make my onboard BCM57788 partialy working. Unfortunately upload completely does not work in Lion. No problems with download .

Thank you once again.
