Hameer Abbasi
Hi MaLd0n, First of all, great work on getting a lot of the hackintoshes out there running without a hitch. Congratulations Secondly, I'd like to ask you a little favor. I have attached my original DSDT.aml file. I have a nVidia GeForce 9600 GSO installed. If it would take any extra patches, I'd like you to help me with them. Thanks a lot, and eagerly awaiting your reply, Hameer PS, I've had bad experiences before with Mac. I have only Windows now. Will test and report as soon as Lion is out. EDIT: Please also tell me what kexts will I be needing? Thanks once more. dsdt.zip

TamauJabuk
dsdt.TamauJabuk.zip Hi MaLd0n! --------- I've tried DSDT.aml -> but I'm getting strange results First: after booting with DSDT=/Extra/DSDT.aml -v in Kernel Flags the BIOS is reseted. Also there is a problem with detecting USB peripherals (like my USB key) Second: My graphic isn't detected properly - so I've added GraphicsEnabler=Yes into, and than the graphics is ok. Also: when I'm rebooting (shutdown -r now) machine stops not restarts --------- I have two questions.. I believe that there is something wrong - either in my kexts, something with IO devices. First - ethernet card wasn't detected properly (when using RealtekRTL81xx.kext it is ok) Second - Im using globalSAN iSCSI initiator to connect to my home NAS - Im using this to backup via Time Machine - this is working in SL. In Lion, the globalSAN shows that connection to NAS is ok, but there is no drive shown in finder nor in Disk Utility. These symptoms are the same with or without DSDT.aml: Could you please review my "extra" kexts folder, and tell me what Im doing wrong? Thank you... MarkW
dsdt.Focher.zip dsdt.MarkW.zip remove EvOreboot, NullCPUPowerManagement and SleepEnablerNG add in boot.plist <key>GeneratePStates</key> <string>Yes</string> <key>GenerateCStates</key> <string>Yes</string> Thanks! One problem though, coming out of sleep, computer spins up, then crashes and I get nasty CMOS errors. Keyboard won't even respond to let me get into bios until about 5 restarts. Any suggestions?
