Powaking
Maldon, I decided to rebuild my machine and here is where I'm stuck. SL Retail Used ##### to boot machine and get to the desktop Installed Marvell kext for network Installed Chameleon RC5 r747 (So far Audio and Graphics working fine) Placed your Extra folder package and rebooted Graphics are not correct so I used EFI Studio to inject the EFI of my card and graphics now works Used DSDT Patcher to generate DSDT file and rebooted At this time I no longer have audio If I reboot with ##### I do have audio Binary patching the AppleHDA did not help. Where's legacy? you can patch the binary and modify info.plist that way you will not need the legacy "for Gigabyte Mobos In some motherboards the audio codec may change from one revision to another, so you can use this to apply the correct patch to your revision." http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&id=85448

I'm also still on 10.6 I have not upgraded OSX to anything above that. I may try to do that anyway.

LatinMcG
on some cards it has its own separate codec chip for vdeo card spdif.. on older cases it has spdif jumper pins to plug in the cable from audio card of pc. my gts250 is jumper cables . so audio onboard has to enable spdif driver.. applehda or voodoohda. hope that helps you find the info.
