MaLd0n
Hi MaLd0n, Can you help me once more? I noticed that sleep does not work very well. The fans and hard disk keeps running? Thanks dsdt.reneJR.zip I applied what was missing and will be updated test ioreg -lw0 | grep CSTInfo sendme packet for Asus P6TD Deluxe partly prepatched: sbus (I'm not sure everything is correct) shutdown dtgp send_me_Asus_P6TD_Deluxe.zip send me original DSDT extract from Windows or Linux http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=225991 Hello Maldon, Thank you for these wonderful DSDT tools for noobs like me who have very little skills at dsdt editing! Here is my sendme file for my Compaq C500 laptop. As you'll see I don't have too many kexts in extra and getting real close to 100% working vanilla install... Only thing not working correctly are auto sleep which I believe may be an issue related to speedstepping, and possibly improper device id on LPC in dsdt? I could be way off, but this is what lots of reading has led me to, and correcting DSDT for intelPM945 express is my last resort! Thank you for your time in advance. LPC ok com.apple.driver.AppleLPC (1.4.12) dsdt.Mitch_Matrixx.zip I applied the basic see if power management is ok ioreg -lw0 | grep CSTInfo

LatinMcG
Kaboom!! i got my temps lowered.. smbios of mb31 fresh dsdt with the patch u sent me 1530 . .removed yukon from PXS1 and changed to (ARPT) in the RP01 changed anyacc to DWordacc and Preserve . supposed to be PXS2 but i dont like the wireless LED always bright on in wireless slot so i use slot next to it instead seems atheros airport is reliable in 10.5.8 now to 10.6 to make a few more tests then i make sendme with original A09 bios dsdt and the mods i did after 1530 patch. seems the generatepstates is working nice with proper model mb31 with 4 speeds. i wasnt able to find the root folder or the extra one so i put it directly in the hd and it caused kernel panic i was able to enter in safe mode and i had to erase it from there to enter writing busratio=18 i am using chameleon rc 5 what is kernel panic related to ? kernel.log ? tommac_osx86
Thanks MaLd0n for that amazing support! I've just notized, that you have made an update (23.12.2010) for your Auto-Patcher. Also there is a new chameleon version (RC 5 700). How can I check, if speedstepping is working as is should. Manuell sleep/resume is fine with P/C-States. But no automatic standby afer x minutes. Look at my signature for my system and here for my kexts in Extra. Should I install your updates from 23.12.2010? Working on 10.6.5 at the moment.
