Hacktrix2006
Thanks once again. All thats left is to get rid of VoodooHDA and VoodooPS2 and then its all none modded stuff in S/L/E! FN keys are now working had to open Itunes to get them to work but i am not complaining! thanks for your great work. Forgot to say even Sleep and Wake works as well. Also looking on how to patch the appleHDA some people are managing to inject everything via the DSDT to that file will looks to see how they are doing it, i know they are placing it all into HDEF area. Powaking
I lost Sleep function with this DSDT. Do I need to remove any kext's? Also the binary patch for ALC883 didn't work. I do get this in the system profiler but still do not get any audio. VoodooHDA works but its a little quirky coming out of sleep. Powaking
yepuse native power management see first post remove null and others "sucks" kexts I'm using Chameleon RC5 r-691 with HPET enabled in bios and Chameleon settings. Still can't sleep. Don't see any null kext's in Extra. Not sure what other kexts to remove, here is my kextstat if it helps. kextstat.rtf This is what I have in my Extra/Extensions AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext Disabler.kext ElliottForceLegacyRTC.kext EvOreboot.kext fakesmc.kext JMicronATA2.kext VoodooPS2Controller.kext try it applehdahttp://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&id=83075 puit in S/L/E repair permission etc Tried this. Same result. Removed VoodooHDA, installed this AppleHDA in S/L/E, repaired permissions. I see in system profiler that it sees an Intel audio device listing out the ports but no audio. The speaker icon is grey. Do I still need to use the HDAEnabler kext? Right now I'm not using it. Thanks for all the help.

As much as I want native audio I'm afraid I may bust my current config.
